I have earned the titles of a Certified Meditation Teacher and a Certified Life Coach with 700 hours of combined heartfelt study.

My journey has led me to learn powerful ancient spiritual and personal growth practices from various cultures which has been a guide to me through the most difficult times.
I have had the honor of studying under the knowledgeable Ram Ji Gutpa of Shree Mahesh Heritage located in Rishikesh, India. I have studied under the brilliant minds of phenomenal teachers at Meditation University. I have received training for Life Coaching and Strategic Intervention from the legendary Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha.
